Work with me · 01

Leadership can be a lonely place to ask hard questions.

Executive Coaching, The Ancestral Way

Most leaders I meet aren’t short on frameworks. They’re short on a place to think out loud with someone who has no stake in the answer. Coaching with me is that place. We look at what you’re carrying, the relationships that shape how you lead, and what you’re ready to do differently.

Who it’s for

  • Leaders stepping into a new role or taking on greater responsibility
  • Leaders moving through hard circumstances, at work or in life, while still expected to hold everyone else together
  • Leaders wondering whether the way they lead still reflects what they value
  • People leading from the margins of their organizations who are tired of having to translate themselves

How I work

I’ve spent my career inside universities, nonprofits, and corporate teams, working alongside the leaders and HR professionals I now coach. I’m also a curandero. Both shape how I sit with someone. I’m currently completing my ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.

In practice, I pay attention to more than the problem in front of you. I ask about the people you came from, what you inherited about work and authority, and what your body is telling you that your calendar isn’t. Then we slow down long enough to understand what’s really happening, and we decide together what a thoughtful next step looks like.

Coaching with me is not a healing ceremony. It’s a professional coaching relationship, built on listening, reflection, and action. My ancestral perspective shapes how I show up in that relationship. It doesn’t replace the work.

What a coaching relationship looks like

We begin with an introductory conversation to see whether we’re a good fit. If we are, we agree on what you want from our work together, what we’ll each bring to it, and how we’ll know it’s helping. We set a rhythm that suits your life and your role, and we meet virtually or in person in Las Vegas.

Confidentiality matters in coaching. We’ll set clear boundaries in a written agreement at the start, including what is and isn’t shared when an employer is sponsoring the coaching.

Every coaching relationship begins with understanding the person, not prescribing a solution.
